About Kari Lyn ….....

I have  been advocating for peoples' healing and  well being  for over  30 years.  I am  an experienced Therapist  and Life Coach and have worked for many years in both secular and spiritual settings.  What I love best about what I do is seeing my clients release ties that have kept them stuck or in pain; this is why I do this work.  My goal is to get you well and get you on your way.   Clients say that I am easy to talk to and authentic, compassionate yet challenging.  I have a deep desire to help my clients feel accepted and supported as  they gain insight and tools so they can move on to live a life that excites them.

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge (it's almost annoying), especially in the areas of spiritual growth and understanding human behavior.  I believe that life is a journey and along our path we have opportunities for growth or stagnation, wholeheartedly believing growth is what makes the journey worthwhile .  When I'm not working or learning, my favorite thing to do is laugh, not sure how people get through life without it.  I also enjoy traveling, yoga, meditation, singing, nature and being with members of my tribe (close friends and family).  My favorite thing of all spending time with my two beautiful girls, Lucy and Georgia.

I love to encourage others toward a path of wellness and discovery and would love to work with you.
